Who We Are
Geach Technologies, LLC is the company behind ChartVoyant. We are based in Cleveland, Tennessee.
ChartVoyant was founded by Jonathan Geach, MD, a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician who practices in Cleveland. He built the company because the day-to-day work of an independent pain clinic does not fit well into systems designed for short primary-care visits. Pain visits are long. Controlled substances, PDMP checks, procedure authorizations, and billing are part of almost every day. Many practices end up switching between the chart, a separate scribe tool, an authorization portal, and a billing system, then finishing notes after hours. ChartVoyant is meant to keep the note, orders, prior-auth work, and claim in one record so a clinician can talk through the visit and still sign anything clinical.
What We Believe
We believe independent practices should be able to use modern tools without giving up independence. Documentation and administrative work should not become the main job of the clinic. AI can draft and propose, but a licensed clinician decides. The record should be trustworthy, portable, and easy to audit. Practices should be able to take their data with them at any time, at no charge.
Where ChartVoyant Is Today
ChartVoyant is currently in early access. Practices that use it work directly with us. We publish weekly updates in plain English, keep a public research library on AI and clinical documentation, and maintain a public status page. The live demo at demo.chartvoyant.com runs the full system on synthetic data so anyone can see how it works before deciding to get in touch.
Our Focus
We stay focused on independent pain clinics rather than building a general ambulatory system and adding pain templates later. That focus shapes the product: scheduling and check-in, the visit itself, orders and prescribing gates, prior-authorization tracking, claims and denials, the patient portal, and the audit trail.
